Balıkesir University Quality Document Management System (BAUNKDYS), developed by the Quality Coordinatorship to ensure that the quality assurance processes of our university are carried out in a more effective, traceable and sustainable manner, has been made ready for use.
The system aims to create, update and manage all documents such as job descriptions, organization chart, workflows, forms, management documents and manuals related to quality processes on a central platform and will contribute to the dissemination of quality culture at the institutional level.
In order to use the system effectively, it is important that the relevant academic and administrative unit managers provide the necessary information and guidance to students, academic and administrative staff and take an active role in the use of the system.
